superhero--waiting for the moment when their date with destiny
arrives on their doorstep.”--Aaron Parnell
Author of four books and over 100 published articles; he has appeared on radio and TV across the nation. Aaron is one of 35 therapists chosen out of 2000 nationwide applicants for the first Olympic Sports Massage team in Los Angeles. With over 40 years of experience in the mind, body, health and wellness industry, Aaron is on a mission to help humanity thrive with vitality, health freedom and longevity.
My passion is educating my clients to care about their health while they still have it and in working with others to restore their health and alleviate their pain. In reality, it takes the same amount of time and energy to regain your health and create a new, better quality of life as it does after you’ve been diagnosed with Cancer or other illnesses in a battle for your life. I encourage my clients to fight for their health now, today, instead of waiting until illness presents itself and you’re in real trouble.

Ann Moore — Posturist, Authorized Reposturing Instructor, CMT
Ann is a passionate high-energy reposturing practitioner and massage therapist. She has 23 years of experience providing hands-on treatment.
“Physical limits create suffering. I work to help people feel limitless.” –Ann Moore
When a client comes to see me, they get an education. I show them exactly where their bodies have slipped out of alignment in one way or another. Our bodies are incredible maps of everything we’ve been through physically, emotionally, and mentally.
For all my clients, I do bodywork to open them up, relieve their pain symptoms, and make them feel lighter. Then I customize a set of exercises and stretches for them to do at home.
